Erin Matuch, COTA

Hello, my name is Erin Matuch. I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and a Mom of 2 wonderful children! I have a 13 year old daughter and a 5 year old Autistic son. My son was diagnosed a little after he turned 4.  When I first thought there was a possibility he could be Autistic, I did what most of us parents did and researched everything I could to help him. I took courses as a COTA as well! When I came across Neurodiversity Affirming ways, it aligned with my own beliefs as a parent and what I know to be true in child development! I am taking Neurodiversity Affirming courses and learning from other affirming professionals as well. Currently, I am working on starting a Neurodiversity Affirming Parent Coaching business and I hope to be able to create new ways to support children and parents in a Neurodiversity Affirming way in the future!
